Hi all.
I went to a craft show in Bryan/College Station TX about 2003 and there was a gent giving free samples of his peanut britlle that looked and tasted just like it should, I've tasted little to no variation based on recipe or the cook. BUT he had a superior recipe, he said his would NOT stick to your teeth! It sure didn't!!!!
Does anyone have a similar way of making this or any clues as to how he might have done it?
