Sorry Kelly I'm not good at this some one will help ! Soon I hope to see pictures.
Oh after you downloaded them did you go in and crop ..and save them into a picture file > Then you browse into your picture file for picture needed.

Kelly, it's possible that the file is too large, not for daves but for your own server band width(i.e. there might be a size limit you can transfer). There are some image resizers (if you are on PC, I think MSWord can do this, but I'm a Mac gal so I'll let the PC folks help you out there) ou can download as shareware.

see if you can find anything here to help you resize. Some are free ware some are share ware etc.

Klly I am so excited to be seeing your pictures ! Yippee. That is a beautiful plant !
Did your photo CD come with software ? When I use to buy throw away cameras and have them put on a CD it came with free kodak software program to crop and enhance your pictures and so on. I still use it as I got use to and did not want to download another program which came with the camara which was from Wal-Mart.
Can't wait to see more pictures !

yes allison it did come with program from wal-mart. i should of tried it first. i am new at these things and learning alot. my hubby is at wal-mart looking at a digital camera right now. we can't afford an expensive one but any will do right now lol. the processing was near 11.00 yesterday so we might as well get a digital.

WOW $ 11.00 then you had to buy the film. Yikes. I was buying throw away cameras. One time CVS put two cameras 27 pictures x 2 one a disk for $ 2.97 :)) But most times it was like $ 6.00. I stopped buying prints also as if there were pictures I liked and wanted prints of I could crop them fis them the way I like and then order just what I want !
I have a really nice camera FUJI from Wal-Mart . It takes the best pictures close up too . I don't know anything about cameras or how much it cost. Keyring picked it out for me when the group did a secret collection to buy it for me ! And it does everything I could imagine :))

Kelly, Does your camera have a macro setting? I posted this a while back. But if you have a macro setting on your camera (looks like a little tulip icon) , then you just need to use that option for close up shots. Sometimes if you get too close it wont work either, you just have to experiment with your camera to find out.

Most cameras have an online manual and helpful hints page. Just go to the camera company's web site.

Here's the generic graphic.

i dont think it does. i played with its settings and couldn't find the little tulip. i will read the manual more and see. thanks! it probably doesn't because it doesn't have zoom.
