What am I?!

Trelleborg, Sweden

This one decided to flower. Anyone with any idea what it is? It smells great!

Flowers about 17 mm across when they were just opened. Reflexed they are about 12 mm.

Potsii?

Trelleborg, Sweden

I got it as ridleyii, but was told it was verticillata... When I saw the flowers I was thinking that they looked like one of my pottsii (bought as nicholsoniae). Most guesses I have received have been pottsii or nicholsoniae.

Whatever the name is - I love the pale yellow fragrant flowers!

The photo is fantastic!!!!

From what I am told, H. verticillata covers a wide 'territory'...H. sp. Laos, H. ridleyi, a number of clones of H. verticillata that are very different....I really like the flower...it is neat, compact, fragrant and my favorite shape...hemispherical (just love those round bunches of flowers)...

Thanks for sharing.

Nicholsoniae and pottsii have been lumped together into one species- pottsii. The give away is the rounded corolla lobes. Nice leaves too, huh?
