Chirita sinensis 'Hisako'

Couple new Pictures of my love ~ Chirita sinensis 'Hisako'
She has a few new bloom stalks coming up. Each one will open to several beautiful flowers ! I put a leaf ring on her yesterday new I just got it. But when I woke this morning the elastic had broken.
She is 20 inches plus across and her leaves are larger than my hand and part of my arm for one. She is growing Happy in a 5 inch pan pot . They like tight spaces. I am wondering if I should take her to large pot ? Not sure she's so happy.

I've only had her a short time and even as a baby she showered me with flowers ! I have taken dozens of leaves off some just to share and send the leaves to friend's but I was Blessed to grow many good size babies to share with friends !

MY Chirita sinensis 'Hisako' fascinates me each morning when I enter the living room where she grows about 4-5 feet from a window. I wish I had room under the lights on my stand.

When mine was little I grew her under lights on the plant stand but ran out of room . I don't know if I'll move her back when I get more of these babies given away . She is doing really great many bloom stalks coming up growing good, but maybe under lights would have more flowers and be larger !
If you get a chance plant your's into a pan pot !

Thank's Kelly. I can beleive their size either nor can I beleive how many leaves I took from her to share, and how many I took from her to grow new plants and she still did really well.

Wow...those leaves are 'to die for'!!!
(I'm a 'foliage fanatic'...they don't even need flowers if the foliage is nicely patterned or variegated!)

Thank's Nan ! It's my favorite Chirita ! Yes the foliage is to die for why I first bought it but the flowers are an extra gorgous bonus ! Their so easy to grow too !
This bloom stlak now has double the flowers so cool how they just keep coming out ! And there is another one right behind this one and a couple others coming up ! One time one bloom stalk had a couple dozen flowers. It got heavy so I cut it off and put it in a vase for a couple weeks it was so beautiful !
