Looking for a source for myoga ginger used in Japanese cooking

I have Zingiber mioga. We actually do several of the culinary and medicinal gingers.
I've heard they take the mioga blooms and dip them in tempura batter and then fry them and that they use the smaller fresh shoots sprinkled atop salads and soups.
