I question if it is H. affinis. I remember reading that affinis has very dark flowers....Logees isn't famous for correct labeling...

Wow...that looks just like the recent pic Carol had of 'Monette' & the other sister one to me.

I was lusting, I mean looking at Ted Green's webiste last night and saw his description of affinis:
bright red-maroon flowers, musk odor; l0-12 in umbel; leaves 4", fuzzy, on a robust vines",
which pretty much matches the flowa that Logee's shows. There is another 'dark form" of affinis that has deep black-red flowas. It appears that Logees's got this name correct. I'm going to order the dark form from Ted, if you haven't seen what the flowas look like, here's his link:
