Mexican Sour Gherkin

Does anyone have seeds of this? I meant to order these from Baker Creek, but accidentally left them out of the order... I was hoping someone had a few seeds they could spare. I have tons of stuff to trade! Let me know what you're looking for.

Thanks,

Melissa,

If you don't find anything; I can offer you 15 seeds of these: Cucumber 'National Pickling' http://davesgarden.com/pf/go/70164/index.html

From a purchase of this year at a local farming store (10 cents for 30 seeds!) I couldn't go wrong; they're an heirloom variety. I pick them small like Gherkin size; you can also let them grow bigger for 'Kirby' size pickling. This year I'm going to let some go to seed for me, so I have some to trade of my own. I looked in the packet when I got in the car, clean as a whistle, sturdy seeds. I've bought seeds there before, and they all have good germination.

Melissa,

I've tasted them before from a local asian store; they're not sour, they're bitter!

I sure do know the difference. I like 'Bitter Melon' like this one here: http://davesgarden.com/forums/t/505242/ but I certainly didn't like them.

Well, i love sour, but don't like bitter so much. Maybe it is just as well that i forgot them on my seed order...
