DGP (Dog Gone Pain) for arthritic dogs?

There was an article written up on it in the current issue of The Whole Dog Journal and it sounds very positive. The article says the only adverse reaction is that it affects the absorption rate of some drugs. According to the article, it's manufactured in Australia "in an approved TGA facility (the Australian equivalent to the US FDA) and that the "mfg. claims that each ingredient is "human grade" and grown without pesticides or herbicides." It's composed of edible herbs and shark cartilage. I give my 13 yr. old bird dog mix Cosequin now and that helps but she's still stiff. I'm going to give it a try, I'll post if I notice any positive results.
