Bereavement tiredness

My elder sister passed away from bladder cancer earlier this month. The funeral was a week ago. There had been an estrangement - my sister wasn't talking to me. So the first thing that I knew of her passing was when my cousin phoned me a fortnight ago to tell me. To add to the difficulties my BIL is ill too (orginally thought to be Alzheimer's, now believed to be Parkinson's) and is in an assessment ward in a hospital but will probably go home, with some support, in a fortnight's time.

I am coping reasonably well. Attended the funeral. But started with a head cold right after it. Now I feel really tired.

Does anyone have any advice on getting past the tiredness? Thank you.
