I am always looking at my first one ! Yippe I now have my second one Vol. 2 second quarter of 2006
On the cover of Gesneraids to drool over I could wish for each one. They are a selection og gesneriads that won Best in Show awards at AGGS conventions in the past twenty years !

In the 1960's was an exciting period for new hybrids ! The 60's were an exciting period where many new cultivars were created along with interspecific and intergeneric hybrids. Dale Marten ( who most of us know or know of her ) ( She also wrote this great article) was please to come across this in a '1971' article in the Gloxinian called, " Twenty Years of Hybridizing" by Carl D. Clayberg.
