I'm trying to photograph the seed pods of the things I'm growing, but some of them will be years before they flower, if ever - or else they don't seem to go on to set seed.
Does anyone have any of the seed pods listed here: http://home.urbia.co.uk/minimum they could send me in exchange for seeds? Strange request, I know, but someone, somewhere, probably has tons of seed pods they're just putting on the compost heap. I only want one of each, and I'm not looking for the seeds, just a ripe seed pod so I can see where the seeds came from.

Hi Mary,
This is an odd request! Do you plan to make a web page from the pictures? The reason I ask is I've taken a few pictures of seed pods already and would be glad to let you use them. Many I've already loaded into the DG plant database. I haven't had a lot of seeds ripen in the garden yet but I'll start saving some of the pods for you as they do.

Yes, well now I've got the hang of this html thing, I'm playing like crazy! I think the postman must be wondering what I'm doing, as he keeps delivering packets of photos every week now. Just as well he doesn't see me crouching over six-inch high plants photographing dead flowers!
