i am so excited to see them coming back after being crushed by branches. so resilient i love them.
my hedychiums are coming back
Oh, my gosh yes. We have tried telling people for the past few years just how resilient gingers are. Our nursery went through 2 hurricanes and numerous storms and we didn't lose a single plant. It didn't matter that the tops were shredded, the rhizomes were still viable.
They really are tenacious beauties.
