Pears - all overripe - any recipes to share????

For whatever reason I now have an goodly abundance of overripe Bartlett pears at my disposal. DH just can't miss a sale or walk pass the Reduced Bin!!!
Since there are so many I am open for any type of recipe be it something to can,bake - have never frozen a pear dessert... can you even do that I wonder?
Thanks in advance I know someone will be able to help me out.
