As usual your photo's are fabulous!
My tulips have just started to poke out of the ground so its great to be teased a bit with your flowers.

No Dig-D the Saxifrage its not even remotely related to sedums although in habit, it may be similar.
Thanks for the info Todd.
I think its a nice looking plant im going to have to try and get it for my garden.
I'm not fond of yellow but that yellow looks nice.
Todd i have a question thats been naging me for a wile.
Last year i bought some Himalayan blue poppy seeds now the zone for them i was told was 7, and as you know we are in a 5b,another buddy in this site lives in a zone 3.
My poppies have come back this year and I hope will flower ,YES, and the zone 3 guy has had them come back and flower as will.
How can a plant be so zoned wrong .

Depends on the books...many give improper zones for plants. Meconopsis grow in Edmonton...zone 3 so they are certainly hardier than zone 7! As a rule, UK books give much higher zone ratings than American or Canadian (by higher I mean they think plants are more tender than they really are). Try to find Canadian gardening books to get the best representation for hardiness zones.
Just lovely!

Thanks Todd.
I will do that and come to think of it .It was a uk site i read it on.
I think it is fun to push the envlope with gardening you never know what will happen some happy surprizes happen.
