The first one should be named pubicalyx 'Pink Silver' not carnosa 'Silver Pink' :)

Hi Marilyn, those are beautiful flowers. I've never got my carnosa to bloom. You must be doing something right!

I just guess they are finally old enough to bloom. I have had them for 3 years and this is the first time they have bloomed. I also have them outside hanging on a line between some trees. So that might also have helped with their blooming. I am just so excited that they are finally blooming. Here is my hindu rope blooming the angle of the picture looks like it's on a different plant but that is just how I was holding it to take the picture.
