Domino came home!!!!

First of all I want to apologize for not posting sooner. Domino came home 3 days ago!!! I have been really busy this week, so it has been hard to find time to get on the computer. Anyway, he is doing great!! He was soooo happy to be home. When I went to pick him up he was so skinny that he didn't look like himself. I was afraid to hold him because it looked like his skin was just streched over his small bones. It was very sad, I cried when I saw him. The first day that he was home he slept most of the day but now he is back to his old self!!! It is so funny because he is constantly running around looking for food!!! He would eat non stop if I let him. I can only feed him very small amounts at a time. When a puppy gets Parvo it damages the linning of their intestines. So, if I let him eat too much, he will get diarrhea again. I do feed him several times a day though and already he is beginning to fill out.

Thanks to everyone who rallied around us and sent up prayers for little Domino!! All of our prayers were answered and Domi, that is what my 3 yr old daughter calls him, is doing great! The Dr. told me when I picked him up that she believed he was the sickest pup that she has treated that made it. She said that she really felt when I left the day I took him in that he wouldn't make it through the night!! The power of Prayer really works.

I am going to try and get some new pics of Domino. The only one I have is the one that was on his advertisement when he was very small. I don't have a digital camera, mine broke, so that is the problem! I will try to get something together so I can show all of you that kept us in your thoughts and prayers what Domi looks like!!!
