My six month old rooster needs a home. I live in St. Petersburg, FL and I have been sited for keeping a rooster. Anyone who would like to have this beautiful rooster please contact me. Timing is of the essence.

I awoke this morning thinking perhaps a petition from all the neighbors that LOVE him might persuade my spiteful neighbor, Terry Thomlin, the outdoor editor for the St. Petersburg Times to change his mind.
The SPCA will take him, but I hate to loose this wonderful pet, besides his three sisters are going to miss him.
hey, you go for it!!! and send it in to the paper! if they don't publish it, they are being biased!!!
Maybe Terry Thomlin needs to read a bunch of letters from your other neighbors, not just a petition. Sorta like a brief story, "I like the Rooster because..." It would probably end up a bunch of stories about when they were young, etc, and Nostalgia sells newspapers [just ask Capper's!]

He's a pretty one. I'd say I'd like to have him, but I've got 7 roosters right now that need to go somewhere. Guess it's not so good to be a rooster.
