HELP: Tomato plant

Why one of my tomato plant... the leaves all are rolled in and slowly growing. Unlike other plants that I bought at same time. Others are growing tall and healthy. But this one is small and leaves rolls? I water them every two days cuz it didn't rain for a long time. Here, it's very dry.

post this over on the tomato forum....I've noticed this on one of my Black Prince plants but none of the other plants I've got....I know when Canna's roll in like that the cats are there--but they are a host plant for the Gulf Coast Fritallary--and tomatos aren't.
