Hello to Everyone
I'm a newbie to Dave"s garden talk, just a few days, don't recall how I stumbled on to the site, but sure happy I did. First off I live in Jacksonville Florida, I'm a trasplant from Flint Michigan, Came here twenty years ago on vacation, suppose I'm still on vacation, Sorry just little added humor. But anyway I have a passion for gardening, course I never had any experience until I moved here, but come from a long line of nature lovers, birds, flowers. which I acquire the love from. I recall my mom and Aunt, talking about the Loon's are back, For anyone not knowing what Loons are if you recall or have seen on Golden Pond. Any way, One couldn't help, but to have the passion for nature. I do both flowers and veggies. I have a few roses, my farovite being the double delite from jackson and perkins, And how wonderful of a fragrance it is, I have just moved it in to a container, and praying it survies, the location wasn't right as only after noon sun, Well before I turn this into letter, I would like to say hello to everyone, and look forward to trading advice, God bless

Hi, Smiley46! Welcome to Dave's Garden. You'll find all sorts of friendly people and great gardening ideas here. There is even a Florida Gardening forum (http://davesgarden.com/forums/f/region_fl/all/) where you can meet people who live near you and a Michigan Gardening forum in case you get homesick for the frozen north (http://davesgarden.com/forums/f/region_mi/all/).

When you're trying to upload a photo, sometimes it's a little slow.

Or to upload a photo click 'browse' at the bottom of the page and then find the photo on your computer then 'open'.

Then 'send' and the photo will be posted with your message.
