Saw a book review in today's paper for a book on water gardens for the South. It looks pretty good. It is called "Can't Miss Water Gardening for the South" tough title to remember, eh? LOL! It is written by Teri Dunn, a hands on horticulturist from Nashville. The book includes plant profiles recommended for the South, stocking with plants and fish, planting, care and maintenance....it is a step by step book from the planning to keeping it up. It even includes tips like where to locate your water garden. It appears to be a great book for beginners. I haven't read it yet, but it looks like a good resource for novice water gardeners down here in "ya'll country".
