I'm sure you all have gone over this a zillion times but just how hard is it to start one of these from a leaf? Is that the easiet way if you don't have seed?

I tried this method and all of my leaves rotted, now I use this method but changed to 100% perlite and made sure my humidity is high. You might have to experiment for a while until you find a way that is successful for you.
