I ate my first lamb chop tonight (Misty Meadows Farm lamb). :) It was actually quite good. I broiled one side for 7 minutes, sprinkled it with salt and pepper; flipped them over, cooked the other side for 5 minutes, took out and sprinkled with salt and pepper. Then I mixed 1/4 c. orange marmalade and a few tablespoons lemon juice together and spread it on the side up of the chops. Put it back in the broiler for 2 minutes. Very tender and tasty.
