I am house sitting for my girlfriend and her freezer stopped working.....so I have some meat to use......I have three pounds of hamburger....and six pork chops.....I used the rest last night for dinner....but there are only four of us and two are under ten......I would like to make something I can re-freeze after cooking.......I have ideas for the burger, but none for the pork chops....I will appriciate any ideas!! thank you......
