is it to late to prune my brugs in Ohio?

I just read to prune brugs in the late fall and winter? Is it to late to do that now?

Are they in pots?

I always trim mine before I bring them out in the late spring!

It's just that if you cut below a 'Y' on a branch, the plant is less likely to bloom early.

I always prune mine in the spring too, I pull them out of their pots, root prune and canopy prune to match and then repot in the same pot with new soil.

I think people who put them to sleep for the winter prune in winter for the space and also if they dig them, they need to compensate for the root loss.
