Onions, garlic, and potatoes

I didn't use my onions or garlic in time and now they are sprouting. Also, my potatoes have eyes. Can I plant them? If so, how? Tamara

Separate the garlic into individual bulbs and plant them. Cut your potatoes into large chunks with at least two eyes on them. Leave them on a counter for a day or two to scab over and then plant them as well.
