Early Flowering/Cool Growing Hibiscus

I'm just wondering if there are Hibiscus that do well with cool summer weather and bloom early. H. syriacus does ok but it starts blooming very late here Aug/Sept. Anyone have suggestions?

sorry, I can't help. I think hibiscus must have hot weather to bloom. at least 70s in daytime, but I suspect nighttime temps (at above 50 at least) are more important.
