One of our local county market folks has a very nice rabbit for meat business. We're considering switching from rabbit to chicken for awhile. The rabbits are fully dressed and we'll pick up 4 lbs "very fresh" on Tuesday evening.

Anyone have any tried and tested recipes? Thanks !!
