I just received the recent newsletter and for anyone who is interested in growing gessies from seed and/or hybridizing, it's an excellent resource! not only that, membership entitles you to some seeds (5 types with every newsletter (quarterly, I think....). (subscriptions via The Gesneriad Society (aggs.org).
This issue includes tips from Dale Martens on how to maximize seedling numbers in minimal growing space - just what I needed to know :-)

it's a small group associated with the Gesneriad Society. It's activities appear to be mostly limited to the newsletter, sharing hybridizing seed and results, and meetings during the annual Gesneriad Society meeting.
