This came off another site:
I just received a request from Paul Sorano to change the official description for 'Frozen in Time' to the following:
Frozen in Time (9167) 02/03/2003 (Lyndon Lyon Greenhouses/Sorano) Single-semidouble white star/variable lavender tinge; green edge. Variegated light green and ivory, quilted. Standard
The change is the addition of "variable lavender tinge; ." This change will be published in the July "Registration Report."

Frozen In time Info
Thanks Linda Lorry gave me this info she got from other group I was going to post but I keep falling asleep today.lol
Well I am glad they did this . Many folkas have been getting a Frozen Time plants with lavender in them and calling it Frozen in Time Sport or thinking it was Frsoty Frolic..
LL changing the description will help with this confusion. I feel it's very variable as I have grown and seen several in shows and never did they have lavender.
Now folks are less opt to get it confused with ;Frosty Frolic (Lyon) Semidouble lavender cupped pansy/green-white fantasy, wide dark green edge. Variegated medium green and white, quilted. Standard
Both beautiful plants !
I hadn't herad about this but it is cool :) I LOVE frozen in time and have some suckers from mine..it suckers like crazy but more to share :) it is such a pretty plant.
See what the story is Lorry that Frosty Frolic is the sport from Frozen in Time.
So sometimes you may get a Frozen In Time trying to sport to Frosty frolic... by changing the description Frozen In Time with lavender in it could not be names or called a sport .
