When I went to the Baltimore AV Club last month we had a plant and leaf exchange. Several people brought in leaves with small plants to be seperated AND the leaves had been wicked for the entire time.
Anyone on the forum ever wicked leaves? I am trying it with the leaves that Allison just sent me. Mainly because my dome is filled with other leaves and suckers.
Wicking will certainly keep leaves evenly moist.

I have a bunch of leaves wicked that I put down about two weeks ago, and so far they are looking fine.
Thanks for letting me know. One of the problems I have with "ears" is I let them dry out and they just don't get a good start. I hope this will solve the problem.
Wicking leaves. I need to consider that.
I use to wick them all. I was taught to wick them when I first went to local group and started to put leaves down. I got too lazy and too many down and stopped wicking.
