Bob,
That is going to look really pretty with the plumies. Sure don't envy you the digging, though.

Why are you going to replace them? Don't they long spikes of beautiful flowers in the summer?

Palm Bay, FL(Zone 9b)

makshi..the yuccas would do that but not the agave's...the agaves are the kinds you see at the beach...these get stems/stalks//about 20 ft high and on the end have little plantlets/babies...not real pretty...the yuccas..(i have 2 of them) send up the white talks of leaves...i am replacing them..because they are dangerous for little kids so close to the road and also i need more space...remember i only have a 50 x 75 lot..including my mobile home...and the sun is out there ...which plumies need.

Palm Bay, FL(Zone 9b)

i did keep my yuccas...

Palm Bay, FL(Zone 9b)

here's the follow up pic...planted the 10 plumeria in the front..than listed on ebay..so been a pretty full day...

Very nice Bob And thoughtful to take the Yuccas out for safty of others.

Frederick, MD(Zone 6b)

I'm trying to imagine those little stick cuttings as full, blooming plumies.... wow, that is going to be a stunning sight!

Those remaining yuccas look like they're far enough back from the road to not be a problem, and they will provide a nice backdrop for your new plumeria.

:-)

Jill..thanks..that certainly is the plan.......am wondering if that "auction" is for only gessies..or can we put other things on there...ie in the sticky...Allison I didn't take all the agaves out and there are 2 yucca's left there...that's a small tabebuia tree behind the mail box..and of course..the world's greatest outdoor plant...the "california marigold"..ie cosmos sulphereus....they are sooooooooooooooo cheery..

Dunedin, FL(Zone 10b)

I can't wait Bob until it's all in bloom !
