Grevillea robusta from seed

Hi, I bought some seeds of Grevillea robusta to grow as an annual/houseplant and just need some basic advice on it......Like how long does it take to sprout and does it grow fast from seed? Should I do something special to the seeds before I plant them? I wasn't sure where to post this so I'm puting it here and in the tree forum.

I hope you found some help with your question. I know nothing about growing this tree from seed. It sure is a pretty one with those gorgeous blooms.
