The Mail Man Cometh. Boy did he come.
Everything arrived safely, Allison. Thank you so much for the wonderful treasures.
Do I care for "Alice" and her friends as if they were succors? (nestle them in soil)
The Kings arrived with blooms intacted.
I love the trailers.
I will send pictures later this evening or tomorrow morning. Everyone is tucked away on his or her shelf. Can't thank you enough for the plants. I will enjoy watching them grow and waiting for the blooms. You certainly do have the touch for growing babies and new plantlets. I love everything. Wonderful variety and everything is so very healthy.
I'm very grateful for the vintage plants. I will certainly share leaves when they are a little older.
My grandson was with me when I opened the boxes. He said, "Golly look at all those. . . . . What are they?"
As I unwraped each one he whispered, "Tell me about this one, Nanna." Thanks, Allison, for the wonderful time we had unwrapping.
Hugs, and KIsses, Nanna
Good Golly Miss Molly
Oh Nanna I'm so Happy all arrived ok ? All three boxes ? That's good most times seems for some reason on box shows up the next day.
How nice your Grandson was there to help you.
The stolens I put down just like a sucker from an AV. I like to put them into the middle of a cup or pot until the foliage touches the soil. I cut the stem to fit down into the soil just right. I water them threw good put under lights or window. Some people bag them. One Stolon will grow fast into a baby. Most root within days-week the most. I find as their growing if I take the stolon off the plant will grow more full. I put more than one just in case you lose one and if not you could always share with someone. Alice I bought about two years ago in alittle 3 oz. cup. I have shared her with at least 50 people . She shows no boundaries. I also enjoy growing them when they get larger in pan pots and hanging baskets are fun too.
You see the little Midget Lilian Sucker ? I have no idea if it has many roots or not hope it arrived safe and looking as sweet as she did. It has the cutest form and I bet it will be blooming soon !
