my daff. bloomed today for first time...

i have 3 daffs. that bloomed today for their first time with me and they are cheery but the wrong color! the nursery i bought them at had them labeled as a pink variety and they are pale yellow with dark yellow trumpet! i was so excited because i thought they were pink...guess nursery mislabled again! everything i have bought from this local nursery has been labeled wrong!!!!!!!! if anyone ever has any pink bulbs to share please keep me in mind.

kelly they could be misnamed, some have a constant habit of selling things that are not correct. I learnt my lesson years ago with one company here that always does that, also many items are sub-standard, although the prices and special offers can be very tempting!

The so-called pinks ones often are not very pink at all, some do age to a slight pink tinge if you use your imagination. Look around and ask who the reputable dealers are, it is disappointing to spend money on wrong goods
