Near the seafood section at Publix, I found some "Wasabi" dressing. (Meant for sushi, I think). All it is is rice vinegar, peanut oil, ginger, and wasabi. On it's own, it's pretty powerful, but when I mixed it with some ff sour cream and blended it up - wow! I dump a can of tuna on a spring mix salad, pour some dressing on it , a few Triscuits and I reeeallly enjoy my lunch. For a change!
