Dwarf gladiola bulbs

I recently purchased some DWARF gladiola bulbs, but don't know how deep to plant them, and when the best time would be. They say they will bloom twice if you cut them correctly, but how and where on the stalk. Thanks to anyone who can help me with these two.

The smaller glads can be planted 3" deep. I never heard of a reblooming glad. Are you sure? For successive blooms, it's suggested you plant corms about every two weeks til about the end of June or maybe later in your area.
