I haven't had any problems with pests or mold on my begonia's. However, I just now started a few small terrariums. I figured that soon or later due to the level of humidity in a terrarium that I would have some trouble with mold. Sure enough, last week a noticed a bit of mold and treated it with the lysol that was recommended here at DG. This a.m. I was doing my first of many begonia checks for the day and noticed in one terrarium these little, teenie tiny bugs. They look kinda clear/white? They are really small and they walk really fast!! Im trying to describe them cause I have no idea what they are. My begonia's have several on just about every leaf. They don't just sit there but are moving constantly, going from leaf to leaf. Anyone know what these little things are or even more importantly, how to get rid of them? HELP PLEASE!!!!

Help!!! How to get rid of some unwanted guests?
Pictures would really help. Some mealybugs are white but don't move very fast. Whiteflies are white and fly but you said walk. Springtails are very small, fast, and usually a silver color but are mostly in the soil or decaying leaves. Aphids are usually green and slow, thrips are very small and move fast but are darkish or silverish, spider mites are almost microscopic and have very small webs but are usually reddish. I think I covered most houseplant pests but have no idea what you're seeing.
So I'm at a loss.
Maybe thrips?
If so, get 'em outta there, asap!!

Sorry that I couldn't give more detail but they were sooo small. If I had not stared real close at the leaves then I wouldn't have seen them. Thank guys ~ Kristi
