Bob,
I'm trying hard to root 3 cuttings I'd gotten - 1 was already rooted, 1 I think may be rooting, the Rainbow has turned to mush on me :( It is so disheartening. I apologize, I only know the common name - I have Hidden ginger, if you're interested. I would be interested in your white. Do you know the names of the Plumeria you have the cuttings from? I already have Miami Rose, Celedine, and Duke. PLMK and thank you.

Hi Chantell...Miami Rose is wonderful with the "suntan" scent j...celedine and duke are also very nice...these cuttings are from a nursery south of the border and last year i ordered from there and got some dandy's...the yellow one is named the Thai Yellow Rose....the pink...last year turned out to be pink n purple so i named it that...the others are not named...but sure are pretty...these are not registered with the PSA...this is the pink n purple......on your rooting....is so important to not water much if any...use 3/4perlite and 1/4 light soil...need warm bottom heat....www.plumeria101.com is a good site.

Bob,
Beautiful photo!! Yes, I found that wonderful site right off the bat thankfully. I've only been misting them - no direct watering except the one already rooted. Were you interested in the hidden ginger (I know it's a common one) for the white plumie cutting? As I said no worries if you're not...just thought I'd ask.
Thanks much!!!

I put my plummies in a pot, water once and then stick in a sunny spot and leave them alone. They root easily and will even root if the cut end just makes contace with the ground. I've leaned cuttings up against the fence and forgotten them to come back weeks later and find them anchored to the ground. I love plummies but don't have thew yard space for many. I have pots of cuttings I will probably never plant.
I'm justr waiting for them to bloom to see which they are before freecycling them.
