WOW Anita a baby ! What 's it's name ? Looks like it got Mildew :( Maybe wet cold poor circulation. You might be able to save part of Mom. Gently re-pot into new light soil. And cut bad parts off. Dry leaf good getting white marks off . I water with ltsol to keep this problem away and have fan going. If not it might keep eating away at your leaf and baby .
