repot banana ?

Well the banana pup Dwarf Cavendish that I got from Janet last Spring has survived and even "had a baby " :) Now...I plan to keep the parent in the same pot...do I need to repot each year with new soil ?

I always give mine new dirt and food each year. If I can, I dump them and knock off some of the dirt or slice off a couple inches of dirt all the way around. I throw a handful of Osmocote in with just about everything. :)
