Are my traders not receiving their messages?

Hulbert, OK(Zone 7a)

Recently I received a few trades, logged into my Trade Tracker, and when
I clicked YES, that I had received the trade, it gave the option of sending
a "Thanks, I received your trade" message for the other person.

I've sent several of these, but in the DMail I'm receiving, I get the impression
the other people are not seeing these messages.

I have not received one of these myself, either. Is there a special place
we have to go to get these messages?
