Pretty Noid leaf

I love the leaf on this noid, it's fast becoming a favorite of mine. I think I got this from Marcy. Any idea of what it is? I know I know you can't tell from a leaf, but guess anyway:-).

Carol this has been grown under grow lights all winter, so no sign of red yet. Tami I don't do anything special to keep water spots off of the leaves. I use a spray bottle with a very fine mister, but that's about it.

That is a beautiful leaf....what is that vein pattern called? transverse reticulation?
or have I had too many cervesas tonight? Looking for a new truck for my son has me alllll stressssssssssssssed out!
