While I'm not terribly fond of some of kraft foods practices, I googled a diabetic diet one day and came up with this.
You can go onto this site and set up your own personal menu plan.
You can put in the caloric intake you want....
list the foods you don't want in your diet....
and it list a whole week (at a time) menu, complete with nutritional analysis, recipes for all the foods listed, a shopping list. It will give your exercises to do each day and will tell you how many calories you've burned.
If you don't like one recipe, you can edit it for different ones for that meal.
Check it out. BTW, of course, they push their products, but you don't have to buy theirs :) Be creative.
