Does anyone have any of these or can tell me where to buy them? I have a small, enclosed bog garden along the edge of my pond and keep looking for attractive plants to put in there. I haven't had much luck finding blooming plants either as the ponds gets a lot of shade.

I just got back from Lowes, they had a great selection of pond plants! One of them is miniture cat tails :)

I couldn't believe it, but I just picked one up at Wal-Mart the other day! It was with the water lilies and they are all dormant and sold in little plastic containers with dome lids. I think they were around $5 each. They may not be the best place to get plants since they are a dept. store and not a garden center, but I think you do ok if you get the plants early...or at least that's been my experience for the most part. lost, are they dwarfs? I'm not that far from you. Lake Toxaway is in the same county with Brevard.
I didn't get to Lowe's today but am going tomorrow. It's really close to Wal-mart, too. Will let y'all know if I had any luck.

I;m not sure they are about 10inchs so far the best I can say is come on over I'll show you where they are and will dig them up for you if you want them
Let's watch them for a little while and check with each other. I went to Lowe's and Wal-mart today, looking for them, but alas, in vain.

Mine are the miniatures...maybe about 2 ft max...I bought them 3 years ago and paid entirely too much for them but I did have cute little catkins last fall :)

I feel like I am dangling both of you along. lost, if the ones you have stayed miniature last year until the frost, then I would like some. Would you consider sending some for postage or a swap?
I just don't see how I can go that far for one swap, especially since I have to save money to go to the GA RU.
