I bought four hedychium species (H. auranticum, H. ellipticum, H. densiflorum, and H. thrysiforme) on eBay last year and they did well in my Zone 8b/9a garden. They are just now beginning to emerge from winter dormancy. I may be able to get some portions of the roots to trade for some of your hedychiums, or you may want to check eBay to see what is being offered there.
