i didn't have a want list until today! i was surfing and came across pictures of 'Georgia Melon' which i love the name of and the bloom. it is simply beautiful!!!!!!! and the other is 'Little Pro' it has a lot of glitter in petals in the sun! Anyone have these? They are georgeous!!!!!!!!!! i am really a fan of the glittery ones! which ones with glitter are your favorites? i only have 2 actual a.v.'s the rest are leaves. the a.v.s i got from a d.g. member for postage one has buds all over but i don't know what color etc. the suspence is killing me lol. the lady had 5 she gave away and i got two. she doesn't know which she sent me so it will be a surprise. i can't wait! it will be my first a.v. ever to bloom. it is sooooo easy to get addicted i can see now lol.

I also put about 4,5 more large leaves down took plant down to crown and re-potted in small pot. Who know's what will happen maybe one of us will get babies. Or Violet gallery sells it :))

I hope I put many leaves donw last Oct..none made it . I gave Lali couple leaves none made it :(( I'd have to look up see who else got them. They are hard to progate :(( I have several new leaves down so will see. Spring is the best time to set leaves :))
Kelly, Little Pro is one of my favorite plants. I just have a pretty small one right now. If I get a chance to send leaves, I'll let you know. Little Axel is also pretty. I also have leaves of Georgia Melon (courtesy of Allison). It will be a good while before I have anything to give away on that one. Have a good day!!!
Pam you got Georgia Melon Leaves ! How are your's ? Lali's died. And I have had a hard time progated this plant. I have just put down about 5 leaves of it lasy week trying again !
My Georgia Melon leaves are doing great!!!!! YEA! They both have little babies. Actually the leaves you send are so big they were pushing up agains the top of the tray lid, so I took them out of the tray. I have never seen a plant before, but those leaves are really beautiful. The back has that pretty purple coloring, too. Have a good day!

kelly
that is a beautiful plant (georgia melon). It reminds me of a space baby. : )
You know Pam your right. It's not registered and to register you have to have written permision from the two parnets Hybridizers.
I do know Optimara does not want their plants used for Hybridizing.
It would be neat to know plants parents !
