Caistor, United Kingdom(Zone 8b)

I don't remember the original name for this but a family member looked at it and said I ain't eatin that and the name stuck. This is very good and easy to make. You can change to pudding to what ever flavor you like and is really good with lemon in the summer.
Crust:
1&1/2 sticks butter or margarine, melted
1&1/2 cups flour
1 cup very finely chopped nuts, any kind...(optional)
Combine together and press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or untill lightly browned. Set aside to cool.
Filling:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 16 oz. carton cool whip
2 small packages instant chocolate pudding---- or whatever flavor you like.
2&1/2 cups of milk

Cream together cream cheeese, powdered sugar, and 1/2 of the cool whip untill light and fluffy.
Spread over baked crust.
Blend pudding mix and milk, beat untill thick and spread over cream cheese layer.
Top all with remaining cool whip. Cover and refridgerate. Eat and enjoy =o))
