We recently had a pool installed and had to re-sod the back yard. Our Golden Retriever thinks that we did this for her as she
is making fast work of destroying it piece by piece. I have tried the "Dog Whisperer's" idea that "a tired dog is a good dog" and walking her three times per day to try and wear her out. This is not working as she seems no matter how tired from our most recent walk, she can muster up enough energy to grab a hunk of sod and run around the rapidly disappearing yard.
Any humane, safe ideas to save the little sod I have left until it takes root?
