Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone has ever heard of this cultivar? It may be mislabeled but all three plants have the same tag. They came from the USBG so one would think they'd be accurate right? This is a huge rhizomatous plant, great big heavily quilted leaves and wonderful sprays of white flowers. The leaves are bigger than both of my hands held together. Gorgeous plant but no record of it anywhere, and I've not been successful contacting anyone at the USBG for information. Help please?
BTW, I'm a gardener at the Norfolk Botanical Garden, in charge of our new Tropical Display house which will focus on creating an outstanding collection of begonias, hopefully with representatives of all classes, still working on that part, our curator has a definite bias against the tuberous types.
I've got several other specimen size plants that need id's that I'll be posting later.
Thanks for any info anyone can give me.
