I started some brugs (Charles Grimaldi) in the house this winter and, so far, they're doing great! I have a greenhouse with a small heater, which keeps the temps, right now, no lower than about 35-40, and it should be getting even warmer in the next week or two. My question: Would it be safe to move these brugs out to the greenhouse? Thanks in advance! Karen
Question from brug newbie
35 to 40 brr. think thats to cold yet.. but someone who knows will come along tell you. i do not know to much but at 40 some mine did not actually at 45 did not...
If they are newly rooted you need to be careful of rot. Wet and cold = rot esp if they have lots of wet and cold soil in the pot and not too many roots. I have lots of my little ones and big ones outside and it gets down into the 30s but they are all well rooted.
Why don't you wait till at least next week when it is going to warm up for you. And be careful with the watering.
Good luck!!
